Payroll went through on time, direct deposit was shown on the business account as having been paid out on Monday the 17th. All 5 staff with these direct deposit are saying the payments didn't go through to their accounts until today, the 19th (different banks for everyone). I'm raising hell with the bank to find out what happened, if anything, on their end. Some people got hit with overdraft fees, some people's mortgage payments bounced. As The Boss: what is my responsibility here to morale? Should I offer to over their fees?
