Looking for somebody who has an established Food Truck business they started themselves.

I'm looking into starting a niche food truck in my city (which lacks street food in general). I have basic business knowledge as I took BA In college and I grew up into a family business. I am also a self proclaimed cook lol. I have quite a few questions but Ill start with these, hoping someone out there will give me some input.

  1. Do you have a particular season or are you in a place that allows you to operate year round?

  2. What is your gross profit for that season?

  3. What is the population of the city your business is in?

  4. How did you choose a location?
