I do jewelry repairs in shopping space. How do I go about filtering out or rejecting certain customers who I suspect will become problem customers later on?

I can usually tell if someone becomes a bigger problem than they're worth especially when they lowball, persistently haggle, are suspicious of my work/ integrity, or nitpicky about unrelated things.
