Hello SmallBusiness Redditors,
I've been slowly building an idea for a business that I'd like to start, and have just recently been putting concrete plans to paper in the form of a formal Business Plan.
Once I've got the initial draft put together, I'd like to have a friend go over to proof read it and get her thoughts on general formatting and whatnot (English/grammar is her field).
My question for you guys (and gals) is: would it be unusual for me to ask her to sign an NDA or other form of Confidentiality Agreement before she looks at it? (Or is it a good idea, prudent?)
In my brief research thus far, it looks like NDAs are generally intended to cover business plans among a variety of other things.
Thoughts, ideas, pointers?
