So I represent two musicians as their manager, to do so requires a contract including commission rates, manager duties, artist expectations and more. I decided it would be better for tax reasons and brand-building to set up an LLC; would this mean in addition to them signing the manager contract they would also have to sign an employment contract? And if I wanted to siphon all gross income through the LLC would I need to specify that in both contracts? Are there any other methods to do this or is this the right way. I'm new to small business development so any info you have about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
