Regulations and labeling for small healthy baking company in CT

Hello all! I have a small healthy baking company located in Connecticut. We are pretty small, but sell to ~25 small health food stores and coffee shops in the area. We just received a call that someone reported us and our local health store to the state because we do not have the weight listed on our labels. We have dealt with our fair share of bumps during this whole process.

I am curious if anyone has info as to what is required on the label in the state of CT? We have our ingredients listed as well as a disclaimer. We are aware that nutritional info should be included but are waiting for $$ for the labels. We have not heard from the state but will soon. Thank you!
