A college buddy of mine started a new sunglasses company about a year ago called Freewood Co. I thought they were crazy, but have to say they've done quite well. They sent me a pair a few months back and I have to say, they're the best glasses i've ever owned.
I asked him what their secret it is and constantly says customer service. I asked what about before you had sales and his reply was still, "customer service".
I now see why. He told me for every 20 customers, 18 praise them for great c.s. Good service is contagious and goes much further than good advertising or anything else.
