Defaulting on commercial lease?

Anybody here ever have to default on a commercial lease due to business tanking? Due to a large stream of unfortunate events, one of my retail locations is bleeding me 3-5K a month and it's getting unbearable at this point. I've got about 30 months left on the lease, and my rent is $4,200 a month. I've never been in this situation before, and I'm just trying to figure out my worse case scenario and get a clearer picture of my options at this point.
