[help] Registering an LLC out of residential state (online only business)

Hello /r/smallbusiness, I am looking to register as an LLC for an online based company that will be moving towards online retail in the future. We are not looking to have a physical brick and mortar store. The LLC is in a partnership with two members. One member lives in MD while the other lives in NJ. If we were to register in a state such as Nevada or Wyoming, for the purpose being that those aforementioned states do not charge income tax, would there be any consequences or unintended side effects of doing so that would be useful to know? Also, without a brick and mortar store, where would the address be located within the aforementioned states since we do not own property in those respective states?

Thank you! WittleHue
