I own a small business that does strictly office work. No construction of any type. Are there any requirements for job postings? Such as EEO, non-discrimination, etc. I got a letter from Personnel Concepts, a non-government publisher of copyrighted compliance posters, stating we needed to have these posted. Granted normally I'd assume this was junk/scam, but I've previously had experiences with company's requiring such postings. But was under the idea that it is only required for construction work. Thoughts?
